Percutaneous track puncture sclerosis of vascular malformation. History: Multifocal venous vascular malformation. The patient presents for staged embolus embolization therapy of multiple focal low subcutaneous and superficial venous vascular malformations. Sedation: The patient received intravenous sedation with Versed and Fentanyl. Utilizing a combination of fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance, access is gained to the multifocal malformation of the left leg and separately to the multifocal malformation of the left arm. With each puncture, embolization is performed utilizing Sotradecol mixed with contrast. Total procedure fluoroscopy time: 0.5 minutes."
