TECHNIQUE: Real time gray scale sonographic evaluation was performed of the chest. RESULTS: Ultrasound over the region of the bony protuberance was performed. This appears to correspond to the xiphoid process. Correlation with chest x-ray may be considered for further evaluation. IMPRESSION: Sonographic findings over the region demonstrate what appears to be prominent xiphoid process. my question on the above is whether I can bill CPT 76604? with the attached documentation? is there specific documentation required?
