Filter retrieval from the pulmonary artery, 37193

Question:

Dear Dr. Z: IVC filter migrated into the right lower lobe pulmonary artery requiring removal. Would 37203, 75961, 36014 be reported or would we report the standard filter retrieval 37193? Thank you. mlb
