COMPARISON: None. TECHNIQUE: Frontal and lateral views of the cervical spine. RESULTS: There is anterior fixation of C3, C4, C5 and C6 with prosthetic disc material in the intervening disc spaces. Surgical drain in the prevertebral soft tissues. There is anatomic alignment without evidence of hardware failure. IMPRESSION: ACDF C3, C4, C5 and C6. I do the billing for the Radiologist portion and our hospital bills for the tech component and I wanted to know if I can bill for a 2 view cervial x-ray for the above (72040).
