Question:

Dr. Z, My interventionalist has done a left lower extremity angiogram using right radial artery access and selective catheter placement into the left common iliac artery. I feel 36245 and 75710-26 are appropriate from a contralateral femoral access perspective but I am not sure with the right radial access.
