Dr. Z, During an EPS can 93623 (Programmed stimulation and pacing after intravenous drug infusion)be coded when no ablation is performed? Here is the procedure description:"...After insertion of diagnostic catheters a comprehensive EPS-including multisite pacing-is performed. NO arrhythmia is induced even with aggressive maneuvers and despite Isoproterenol infusion. There is no evidence for dual AV node physiology, or accessory pathways. No ablation is performed."
