Question:
Hello Dr Z, Is a percutaneous endovascular repair of the abdominal aortic dissection coded the same as open AAA repair (34800 & 75952)? We did a percutaneous mid abdominal aorta repair using 3 Gore Excluder as an outpatient procedure. CPT 34800 and 75952 require inpatient stay. How would I code this?
