Please do NOT include any actual patient medical records with your question. Can CPT code 76937 be reported with coronary cath/interventional and EPS CPT codes? Pediatric's here at our medical school have some patients that require ultrasound guidance when placing catheter(s)because of difficulty accessing the vessel.
