Shockwave of the perirenal aorta

Question:

It is my understanding that for the physician side I use CPT code series 37220-37235 when Shockwave/intravascular lithotripsy is done in the lower extremities. How would I code for Shockwave/intravascular lithotripsy done in the perirenal aorta? Would I use 37246? Or an unlisted code? Could I still use IVUS 37252 with the perirenal aorta procedure?
