3 separate orders for Thoracic X-rays

Question:
If the Radiologist places 3 separate orders for CPTs 72070 thoracic 2v, 72072 thoracic 3v, 72074 thoracic 4v.
For the same ICD-10 code. Done minutes apart.
Do we allow codes with modifier 59? Or combine these services into one code of 72074?
