Question:

Can you please advise if this information would be enough to charge for a 93655 for the spontaneous flutter after the initial PVI?

" Ablation was then started in the right inferior pulmonary vein, and was performed in all 4 pulmonary veins. A minimum of 2 lesions were performed at each vein. During ablation of the right sided veins, the phrenic nerve was paced and the patient was monitored for diaphragmatic excursion. Pacing in each pulmonary vein confirmed entrance and exit block. Atrial flutter with a cycle length of 320 msec noted spontaneously and a roof and floor line were done with posterior wall isolation noted and CTI line also done with use of the open irrigated Tacticath catheter using radiofrequency with use of the HD Grid showing that the lines in the LA was not re conducting bidirectional nlock noted across the CTI line and Catheters were removed and protamine was given to reverse the heparin.
