Nephroureteral stent with stone manipulation

Question:

Nephroureteral stent was removed, and ureteral dilation was performed. Attempts were made to manipulate the stone distally. A few smaller fragments dislodged mechanically. A new nephroureteral stent was placed.

I am not sure how to code the stone manipulation here. I am coding as 50387 for replacement and 50706 for dilation.

Please advise how to cede this part of the procedure.
