Dual ICD generator replacement with addition of sub q coil

Question:

Patient has existing dual ICD comes in for generator change with addition of new sub q lead Medtronic 6996SQ that is placed in the SVC port. The existing RA and RV leads remain implanted. How would you code this scenario? I thought of 33270 with 33241 but not sure that is correct because device to procedure edit only allows single ICD C1722 with 33270 and we implanted a dual ICD C1721. So would this be new implant 33249 with 33241?
