Would you please advise how you would code this physician reading and why?

ARTERIAL AND VENOUS DUPLEX EXAMINATION WITH COLOR FLOW DOPPLER WAS PERFORMED THROUGHOUT THE RIGHT FEMORAL ARTERIES AND VEINS WITH THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:    

THE COMMON FEMORAL, SUPERFICIAL FEMORAL AND PROFUNDA FEMORAL ARTERIES ARE PATENT. THE FEMORAL VEINS ARE ALSO PATENT WITH NO CLEAR EVIDENCE OF THROMBUS FORMATION. THERE IS NO HEMATOMA, PSEUDOANEURYSM OR A/V FISTULA IN THE GROIN REGION. 

CONCLUSION:

1. RIGHT FEMORAL ARTERIAL AND VENOUS DUPLEX WITH COLOR FLOW IMAGING IS NEGATIVE FOR HEMATOMA, PSEUDOANEURYSM, ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA AND ACUTE DEEP VEIN THROMBOSIS.

2. NO PRIOR STUDIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR COMPARISON.
