Which coding would be correct for a commercial claim for which Medicare LCDs are non-binding?

27096/G0260 - As directed by LCDs but the code description only describes SI injection, but contains the ICD-10 for sacrococcygeal. (https://www.cms.gov/medicare-c...*1&DocType=Active)

20605 +77002 - Intermediate Joint

20610 +77002 - Major Joint

At the sacrococcygeal region, a 3.5 x 22 gauge needle was advanced into the sacrococcygeal joint. An arthrogram was then performed, which showed good intraarticular positioning of the needles. At this point, aspiration was negative for blood and CSF, and a total of 40 mg of Depo-Medrol and 1 cc of 0.25% Marcaine were injected into the sacrococcygeal joint without complications."
