Congenital heart postop with Embolization of collateral

Date: Nov 5, 2021

Question:

I struggle with congenital hearts. Patient had Fontan and Glenn with Amplatz closure years ago. Back now for follow up. Patient has single ventricle, pulmonary hypoplasia, atresia of tricuspid, and right-sided aortic arch. In lab today - right heart cath through Fontan, then a venogram in innominate vein shows veno-venous collateral to left heart. This was coiled and then cardiologist injected right subclavian vein and SVC. I am thinking of reporting codes 93530, 93568, and 37241. Please let me know if I can also code for venograms done or vein cath placements. I'm not sure why he injected the right subclavian and SVC.
