How do you code therapeutic aspiration of the abscess with core biopsy?
"Using direct sonographic guidance, a 17 gauge introducer needle was advanced into the intrahepatic abscess labeled as #1 on sonographic images. A total of 40 mL of thick, green fluid was aspirated. Under direct sonographic guidance, an 18 gauge Temno biopsy device was advanced through the introducer needle into the abscess. A friable core was obtained. The introducer needle and biopsy device were removed."
