Jugular vein access with cath placement in superior sagittal sinus

Date: Nov 5, 2021

Question:

"Left internal jugular vein was accessed with US guidance. A 6 French sheath was advanced over a guidewire and connected to a heparinized saline flush system. An image was saved for the ultrasound guidance to the PACS system, showing no evidence of dissection or vessel injury. Digital subtraction venography was obtained through the left IJ vein sheath, showing patency of the left IJ vein, except at its origin where there was some intraluminal thrombus. Next a 4 French Glide catheter was advanced over a Glidewire into the following sinuses: left sigmoid sinus, left transverse sinus, and superior sagittal sinus. Biplane digital subtraction venography was obtained in each location, showing occlusion of the distal aspect of the left transverse sinus and the entire left sigmoid sinus and minimal clot seen in the proximal left internal jugular vein."

I am unable to find anatomical charts or any guidance for cath placement from the internal jugular access. Would the appropriate cath placement and imaging codes be 76937, 75860, 75870, and 36012?
