Upgrade Dual chamber ICD to BIV ICD with LBB lead placement only

Question:

Patient came in for an ICD upgrade. The dual chamber generator was upgraded to a multi-chamber device. The only lead that was placed was placed in the LBB. Would it be appropriate to only code the generator exchange (33264) since the lead was placed in the LBB, or is there an additional code that should be used? Per my research, I would not code for the LBB lead.
