Planned intervention preceding previous intervention with RHC

Question:

The IR department has charged the following case with codes 92924, 93454, and C9600. I am requesting that they change C9600 and 92924 to C9602. My question is, can we report code 93454 for the RC angiography?

"One month prior to this procedure the patient had an NSTEMI in which they performed LHC and found 95% stenosis of the LD, which was treated at that time with PTCA atherectomy and DES of the proximal LAD. The patient presents now with a staged PCI. The RC was 85% stenosed and treated with PTCA atherectomy and DES of the RC."
