Question:

Would the following documentation qualify for 93287 along with 92960?

"Procedure Details: The risks, benefits, complications, treatment options, and expected outcomes were discussed with the patient. The patient and/or family concurred with the proposed plan, giving informed consent. Patient identity was confirmed verbally with patient and arm band. Immediately prior to procedure a "time out" was called to verify the correct patient, procedure, equipment, support staff and site/side marked as required.  Sedation was provided by anesthesiology. The defibrillator was synchronized. A single 200 J discharge converted the patient to sinus rhythm. The patient tolerated the procedure well without complications.

Conclusion: Successful DC cardioversion of atrial fibrillation using 200 J biphasic current with restoration of atrial, biventricular pacing. Interrogation and reprogramming of biventricular ICD was performed. Rate response function is on."
