Question:

In your coding for the July 2021 Case of the Month, you report codes IVUS 37252 x 1 and 37253 x 1. The findings noted IVUS findings for the IVC and bilateral Left common iliac, left external iliac, and left common femoral. I would have coded as 37253-50, 37253-50-59, 37253-50-59. Why only x1 for the 37253?
