PULMONARY ARTERY ANGIOS

Question:

I have a question on doing pulmonary arteries with heart caths. My doc does right and left heart cath with coronaries. Then, he does cath placement and angio in right pulmonary interlobar, right main pulmonary, left basal trunk pulmonary, and left main pulmonary. I report codes 93460-26 and 93568. He feels we should be able to code the interlobar and basal trunk separately. If so, what codes would I use for these?
