Through-the-knee Guillotine amputation

Question:

Our surgeon performed a through-the-knee guillotine amputation. Circular incision was made at the knee joint. This was left open. Three days later this was formally closed. Would this be reported with code 27592? It really isn't a disarticulation at the knee (27598) since the circular saw was used. How would you code this?
