"The abnormality was approached from the lateral aspect. 100 mg of triamcinolone suspended in 10 cc of 1% lidocaine was injected percutaneously under ultrasound guidance into the lateral left breast tissue at approximately 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00 location using a 21 gauge needle. Injection of the abnormal areas in the left lateral breast with steroid solution was successful."
