neck mass- FNA and pus aspiration

Date: Nov 5, 2021

Question:

"Order was for muscle biopsy of neck mass. Under ultrasound guidance, a 25 gauge FNA needle was advanced into the lesion. Aspiration was performed, and the needle was withdrawn. A total of three passes were performed. Specimen collected was passed to the cytopathologist. Additionally an 18 gauge needle was used under ultrasound guidance to obtain 3 cc of frank pus from the heavily loculated lesion. Impression: Ultrasound-guided aspiration and FNA of right neck mass."

This looks like a diagnostic as well as therapeutic procedure. Code 10005 has higher RVU than 10160. How would you code this? 10005 only/10160/76942 only or 10005 and 10160? Please advise.
