Tibiotalar and subtalar joint injection- same laterality

Question:

How would you code fluoroscopically guided intra-articular steroid injections of left tibiotalar and left subtalar joints? Since these two joints are part of the left ankle joint, should we code it once with 20605? Or should we report code 20605 twice? Please advise.
