Diagnostic Angiogram -Prostate Embolization

Question:

There were several references in your Q&A regarding not coding diagnostic angiogram for BPH or UFE, as those are known abnormalities, and mainly imaging is for the guidance. Several of our radiologists are documenting angiograms and ask us to code angiogram for those procedures. There is a case example in AMA's Clinical Examples in Radiology newsletter (2019 Volume 15, Issue 3, Summer) where angiography was coded. Is it is okay to code diagnostic angiogram with good documentation/findings for BPH or UFE at the time of embolization? Please advise.
