Nerve Block with E/M bundled procedure

Question:

I understand that nerve blocks performed for billable procedures are not separately coded/billed. Can you please assist with how to report a traumatic wound exploration and wash out block? There was a nerve block performed, and the wound was explored and cleaned, as there was no incision making this part of the E/M level. Is the block itself coded/billed in this case?
