Next an 11 blade was used to make a graftotomy on the lateral wall and a slight oblique fashion to accommodate the spatulated SFA. Next the SFA was reimplanted onto the anterior and medial aspect of the ileal profunda bypass using a 6-0 Prolene in a standard running fashion."
