"Procedure Description: Drainage of bilateral pleural efusions secondary to congestive heart failure and placement of Blake drains. Details of procedure as follows: A primary median sternotomy incision was performed. Massive bilateral pleural effusions were drained in excess of a liter from each pleural space."
