I have billed Noridian codes 33249, 33225, and 33233-51, but only 33233 has been paid. I am trying to figure out how I can find out what appropriate modifier I would need to bill these procedures. How can I find what modifier would be correct to use and have 33249 and 33225 paid? "Using blunt dissection and electrocautery, prepectoral fascua was exposed.
