Embolization of neck lymphangioma

Date: Nov 7, 2018

Question:

Would I report this embolization with code 37241 or 61626? I'm leaning toward 37241, treating it as a direct access embolization. "Patient with left neck lymphangioma with drain in place. A scout radiograph reveals drain projecting over the left upper chest. The left neck was examined under ultrasound. Cystogram was performed by injecting contrast via existing drainage catheter in the left upper chest. Cystogram confirmed a space-occupying cyst in the left upper/mid chest. The contrast was aspirated from the drain. Dehydrated alcohol was then injected into the existing drain. The alcohol was allowed to dwell for 15 mins. Afterwards, the dehydrated alcohol was removed by aspiration. Impression: Successful embolization/sclerotherapy of a left neck lymphangioma using dehydrated alcohol."
