Nephrostomy tube change

Question:

A patient with atrophied kidney and nonfunctional bladder, using nephrostomy tube, is seen in the office every 4-6 weeks for tube change without any form of image guidance. How do you suggest we code for the tube change? Is this part of the office visit?
