75630 versus 75625 and 75716

Date: Oct 30, 2018

Question:

The patient was brought to the angio suite and placed up on the table. The right groin was sterilely prepped and draped in usual fashion and anesthetized with local anesthetic. The right common femoral artery was cannulated with the micropuncture needle. Then, using Seldinger technique, a 5 French sheath was placed in the pigtail TR catheter over an 0.035 guidewire placed into the suprarenal abdominal aorta. Abdominal aortogram was performed, pulled back to bifurcation, and runoff performed." There is a full description of the findings. I believe this should be coded with 75625, 75716, and 36200. Can you please advise? 75625 and 75716 or 75630?
