CIA bypass graft

Question:

Patient underwent right CFA endarterectomy and hemashield bypass graft from the proximal CFA/distal EIA area to right deep femoral artery. Has occlusion of right CFA. After completion of bypass, there was bleeding. Performs angiogram, which shows near occlusive lesion in right CIA and right EIA. He then does stents... Right CIA and right EIA/anastomosis area both needed stents after the bypass was completed. Can we bill for those in addition to bypass? 37221, 37223, 75710-26-XU-RT?
