Coronary Artery Dissection, ICD-10

Date: Nov 7, 2018

Question:

When coding diagnosis of a coronary artery dissection during an angioplasty/stent, do we code this as a complication (T82 code) and then dissection (I25.42)? I can't find anything that says it is considered a complication. Or is this something we should query the physician about to confirm if complication?
