Unsuccessful 0387T and 33207

Question:

We had a patient who came in for a Micra. Patient had entire procedure with deployment of, but had poor capture and unable to place in septal position for better capture, so device was removed and procedure abandoned. Patient had traditional single lead system placed. Can we bill 0387T with -74 and -59 modifiers along with 33207-KX since both procedures performed?
