Cath Coding

Question:

Patient was taken to cath lab for RHC only. LHC was terminated due to hemorrhage. No gases or cardiac output and no angios. Would the proper coding be as follows: 93451-26-53? Or do I code for what the doctor was going to do but couldn't (R&L cath): 93460-2653 and 93451-26?
