PANCREATIC PSEUDOANEURYSM WAS PUNCTURED DIRECTLY WITH A 25 GAUGE SPINAL NEEDLE UNDER US GUIDANCE AND 2800 U OF THROMBIN WAS INJECTED INTO THE PSEUDOANEURYSM. THE NEEDLE WAS THEN REMOVED. CAN THIS BE BILLED AS 37242 OR DO WE HAVE TO USE AN UNCLASSIFIED CODE FOR THIS PROCEDURE?
