Dual chamber pacemaker insertion with HIS bundle lead

Question:

When a dual chamber pacemaker is inserted and there is an RA lead inserted and a RV lead inserted, and then His bundle lead is also inserted to RV port, would this be coded as 33208 and 33999 unlisted or just 33208?
