upper extremity angiogram & arch angiogram

Date: Oct 24, 2018

Question:

"Right femoral artery was accessed. A flush catheter was advanced into the ascending aorta. Thoracic aortography was performed. 5 French catheter was advanced into the right brachiocephalic artery, and then out the right subclavian artery, and finally the right axillary artery. Intra-arterial nitroglycerin was administered. Right upper extremity arteriography was performed. Catheter and sheath were removed. Findings: bovine arch. Innominate, left common carotid, and left subclavian arteries are widely patent at their origins. Right axillary artery is patent. Several stenoses of the distal third of the right radial artery. Radial artery occludes at the level of the radiocarpal joint." Are codes 36221 for the arch aortogram and 36217 (bovine anatomy) for extremity angiogram both reportable?
