When treating an ostial right renal artery lesion, the intervetionalist did angioplasty, post angiography demonstrated a dissection and recoil at the site of the lesion. A 6 x 18 x9 Express monorail balloon expandable stent was advanced across the lesion. Post deployment demonstrated stent deployment across the lesion, with proximal portion of the stent approximately 1.0 mm into the aorta. Can we report the angioplasty and stent placement when treating an ostial lesion?
