Pt was brought back to the lab 5/27/25 and had a successful ablation.

-External cardioversion

-CARTO/SOUND Intracardiac 3 dimensional mapping

-Intracardiac echocardiogram

-Ultrasound-guided venous access

-4 Perclose device closures for venous hemostasis

Conclusions

1. SVT procedure aborted because of patient having incessant atrial fibrillation and flutter
