Right pleural catheter sinogram and exchange (x3 separate tubes).

Hi Dr.Z

I am debating between 32999, 32552 and 32557.

Initially, a diagnostic abscessogram was performed through the uppermost right pleural drain. Following the diagnostic study, the indwelling drain was removed over a wire and replaced with a 16 French drain (after injection of which was placed in a more central location of the cavity.. Post placement injection was performed. The tube was sutured in place and connected to Pleur Evac drainage. This was repeated for the other two pleural drains. The other drains are also 16F. The procedure was well tolerated without complication.

DX : Bacteremia with empyema

Please let me know your thoughts on this..
