Findings: The left common carotid artery fills normally. Both internal and external carotid arteries are patent. Intracranial segments of the internal carotid artery are patent. The posterior communicating artery is a moderate size vessel. There is filling of the left PCA but no reflux into the basilar artery. The anterior and middle cerebral arteries are patent. Capillary and venous phases are unremarkable."
