36245 x 2 units or Modifier XS for Visceral angiograms

Question:

Selective SMA and celiac angiogram. Is this coded with 36245 on two lines or one line with two units? 

Or de we use the -X modifiers now? Would it be 36245-XS on one line with two units or on two separate lines?

Also is 72726 coded twice or one line with two units?
