Q.How does the Web Seminar work, audio and online?
A.After you have registered (and we have received your payment or P.O.) you will receive an email with the instructions needed to access the Web Seminar such as the phone number you’ll call into and an access code (the date of the session) for the audio portion of the presentation. You will also receive a web link and code to sign in online to view the slide presentation. In addition, a few days before the session, we’ll send you an email reminder with this information and links to: a) print the presentation and b) your post-test (only required if you are applying to receive ASRT CEU credits) .

At the time of your session, you simply place a call to the number given and dial in your conference code for the audio. To follow along with the interactive online presentation, go to the link provided and type in your code. You’re then ready to go. Any other help you need will be available.

Q.Do I have to download any software to use your conferencing tool?

A.No, the PowerCall tool we use does not require you to download any software.

Q.Is there any limit on number of attendees?

A.There is no limit on the number of attendees at any one physical facility, but each facility will be responsible for sending ZHealth Publishing a list of their attendees (and CEU organization per individual) so that CEU’s can be distributed. If multiple facilities are involved, you’ll need to have separate registration for each facility.

Q.Do all attendees have to be in the same room?

A.That’s one of the great things about a ZHealth Web Seminar, you can meet in one room if convenient, or individuals from your facility can phone in and connect online from their office, home or on the road.

Q.Can we print any materials beforehand?

A.Yes, we will also provide a link to print a slide presentation so that you can follow along and take notes and a link to the *post test that you’ll need to fax back to ZHealth to receive your ASRT CEU’s (only).

Q: How do we get our CEU’s?

A: Your organization’s contact person will need to fax or email ZHealth a list of those who took the course (and indicate the organization for each). In turn, we’ll send you certificates in the mail. If you are trying to earn ASRT CEU’s, you’ll need to complete the post test and fax to it to ZHealth. You can earn CEU’s by taking our courses online or by CD.

Q.What if one or more of our people cannot attend that day?

A.For future reference, CD’s of the presentation will be available of the seminar for a cost of $259, which will be available shortly after the seminar.
