Shipping & Handling Charges
For orders within the United States, there is a $14.95 shipping & handling charge per book (and $9.95 for each additional book). There is no shipping charge for eBooks that are downloaded from the ZHealth Publishing website; however, we charge $9.95 should you request a CD containing the eBook files in lieu of downloading from our website.
International shipping is $60 per book and $60 for any quantity of eBook CDs.
