Following the release of any publications from Dr. Z's Medical Coding Series, there are revisions that become necessary to reflect changes in coding rules and to correct typographical errors. These revisions are published on the zhealthpublishing.com website as errata. Each publication has its own errata document that is updated whenever a revision is necessary. When there are major changes in coding instructions, the information is also communicated through newsletters to our subscribers.
The errata documents should be referenced at least quarterly to assure all reference material is up-to-date. The errata is differentiated by the publication year and then by specific reference guide.
